About MBRC THE OCEAN
Part of the MBRC Foundation, MBRC THE OCEAN is an international initiative dedicated to protecting marine environments and reducing plastic pollution.
Through a global network of more than 250 cleanup hubs and over 10,000 volunteers and partners, the organisation removes plastic waste from beaches, coastal areas, cities, and waterways.
Beyond cleanup activities, MBRC promotes environmental awareness through educational programmes and community initiatives. Collected plastic is directed towards recycling, helping return waste materials to the circular economy.
