Shipping Policy

1.     Delivery Policy.

Sales of goods through the AMBERMER website are carried out within the territory of Ukraine.

The transfer of goods to the Buyer or a person authorized by the Buyer, including a representative, carrier, freight forwarder, logistics or warehousing service operator, or another person designated by the Buyer, takes place within the territory of Ukraine.

AMBERMER's obligations regarding the transfer of goods are deemed fulfilled from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer or a person authorized by the Buyer within the territory of Ukraine.

The Buyer has the option to receive the goods outside Ukraine. In this case, international transportation is arranged, at the Buyer's request, by a separate logistics service operator or another person authorized by the Buyer.

2.     Order Processing.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After the order is shipped, the Buyer receives an email with order confirmation and tracking information.

3.     Estimated Delivery Times.

Estimated delivery times after the goods are handed over to the logistics service operator are as follows:

  • France — 1–3 business days;
  • European Union countries and Ukraine — 2–7 business days;
  • United Kingdom — 3–7 business days;
  • other countries — 5–12 business days.

Please note.

The information on this website regarding the possibility of delivering goods to other countries is provided for informational purposes only and is intended to familiarize Buyers with estimated delivery times.

The stated delivery times may change depending on customs clearance, the operation of local courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond AMBERMER's control.

Option 1. If the Buyer chooses delivery of the goods, including delivery outside Ukraine, the goods are transferred to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer within the territory of Ukraine. Further transportation of the goods is carried out by a logistics service operator designated by the Buyer, within the framework of a separate legal relationship between the Buyer and such operator. AMBERMER is not a party to such legal relationship and does not provide international transportation services for the goods.

Option 2. By choosing delivery of the goods outside Ukraine, the Buyer instructs that the goods be transferred to a logistics service operator designated by the Buyer or selected via the chosen delivery method, for further transportation to the destination. Transfer of the goods to such operator within the territory of Ukraine is deemed to be the transfer of the goods to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.

Depending on the destination country, international transportation may be carried out, at the Buyer's choice, by DHL, UPS, Nova Post, national postal operators, or other international logistics companies.

4.     Delivery Restrictions

Due to martial law in Ukraine and for security reasons, delivery of Goods may be restricted or temporarily unavailable to certain localities or territories of Ukraine.

Delivery of Goods is not carried out to temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, territories where active hostilities are taking place (or where there is a high risk thereof), or to territories where delivery is impossible or significantly restricted for reasons beyond the control of AMBERMER or logistics service operators.

Delivery of goods to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is not carried out.

After the Order is placed, the possibility of delivery to the address specified by the Buyer is subject to verification. If delivery to the specified address is impossible or unsafe, AMBERMER has the right to refuse to fulfill the Order, cancel it, or offer the Buyer an alternative delivery method or address.

If, after confirmation of the Order, circumstances arise that make delivery of the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer impossible or unsafe, AMBERMER will notify the Buyer and offer possible options for further fulfillment or cancellation of the Order.

AMBERMER reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an Order in cases where delivery would violate the requirements of Ukrainian law, international sanctions, or restrictions established by logistics service operators.

5.     Duties and Taxes.

Duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges that may arise upon importation of the goods into the destination country are paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified during order placement.

6.     Liability.

AMBERMER is not liable for delays related to customs clearance, carrier activities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond AMBERMER's control.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrectly specified delivery address, the Buyer's failure to receive the shipment, or other reasons not caused by AMBERMER, additional costs related to the return of the goods may be charged to the Buyer. If the shipment is returned for reasons not caused by AMBERMER, the goods may be resent after the Buyer reimburses the actual costs associated with such re-shipment.
